Logistics
- Submitting Expenses -> cumc.nyc/expenses - Note: if splitting expense with another program, please indicate in the comments field 
 
- Room Reservations -> cumc.nyc/rooms 
- Room Tech -> cumc.nyc/usage 
Expectations
- Provide Quarterly Updates -> cumc.nyc/updates - Update primary/alternate contacts, meeting time/location as necessary 
 
- Send 3 pictures from your program per quarter to beancounters+pics@cumc.nyc 
Miscellaneous
- To request additional funds -> beancounters@cumc.nyc 
- Due to our reliance on Google Apps to manage church resources, it is highly recommended that you or someone on your team has an “@cumc.nyc“ or “@gmail.com” email address
