Logistics

  1. Submitting Expenses -> cumc.nyc/expenses

    • Note: if splitting expense with another program, please indicate in the comments field

  2. Room Reservations -> cumc.nyc/rooms

  3. Room Tech -> cumc.nyc/usage

Expectations

  1. Provide Quarterly Updates -> cumc.nyc/updates

    • Update primary/alternate contacts, meeting time/location as necessary

  2. Send 3 pictures from your program per quarter to beancounters+pics@cumc.nyc

Miscellaneous

  • To request additional funds -> beancounters@cumc.nyc

  • Due to our reliance on Google Apps to manage church resources, it is highly recommended that you or someone on your team has an “@cumc.nyc“ or “@gmail.com” email address
