One-Time Reservation

  1. Click on the room photo or room name

  2. Navigate to a date/time and select the slot to reserve the room

  3. Enter a purpose (e.g. Townhall) in the "What" field and "Save". You will receive a calendar invite and the reservation will show up in the calendar

  • To fine-tune the time, edit the event in your calendar. Multiple room resources can be added to the same invite

  • Self-service requires a @gmail.com or @cumc.nyc account. If you have any difficulties, please contact us (office+reservations@cumc.nyc)

  • If the room resource declines the invite, then there is a scheduling conflict. For conflicts, contact the Trustees (trustees+reservations@cumc.nyc)

Recurring Reservation

Email office+reservations@cumc.nyc with the following details...

      • purpose

      • room

      • start and end time

      • start and end date

For example, Townhall in Room 202 from 7-8pm for the next 5 Wednesdays.

We do not restrict repeating reservations but if reserved rooms are not used at requested times, there is a high chance remaining reservations will be cancelled.

Notes

Feel free to use this space and please return it to the original condition when done. Contact office@cumc.nyc if you need long-term storage as unattended material may be disposed of overnight.
